Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day shipping is also available. These rates are based on actual discounted UPS rates for the estimated weight and destination of the order. Expedited shipping rates will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout to allow you to make your shipping choice.

When will my Order Ship?

We know you are anxious to get your order. We try and keep all of our products in-stock for immediate shipment.

In-stock orders placed by 6pm EST (3pm PST) either by internet or phone will ship the same (business) day. Most in-stock orders placed until 8pm EST may also ship the same day depending on how busy we are.

Immediately after you place your order you will receive an automated confirmation e-mail. When the order ships you will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment. You will also receive an e-mail with a tracking number which will allow you to track the exact location of the shipment. Your credit card is not charged until the order is shipped.

For your convenience you may also go to our website at any time, log into your password protected account and review the status of any current orders as well as review orders placed up to 6 months ago. (This feature requires that you create an account during checkout)

Important Notes

  • Orders to Hawaii or Alaska must be shipped by Next Day or 2nd Day Air
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses
  • While we make every effort to ship your order exactly as you prefer it, we cannot tell UPS to leave your package without a signature
  • We do not currently ship to international destinations
  • Next Day, Second Day, and Three Day shipping methods refer to business days (Monday through Friday) only

"Will call" (in person pickup at the showroom) has no shipping or handling charge added. For fast service, place your order at least 1 hour before coming to pick up your order. Select "will call" as shipping method during checkout. Pick up your order from our Orange County showroom located at:

Sales Tax

Orders placed outside of California carry no sales tax. Orders placed within the state of California are subject to a 7.75% sales tax. Shipping fees are not taxed for any order.

Exchanges

Customers are responsible for shipping fees on exchanged items and a restocking fee will apply if the item has been opened or damaged in any way.

In the unlikely event that the exchange is due to our error we will handle the exhange at no extra charge to you. Please be sure to save order confirmation e-mails so that you can verify that the order was not correctly fulfilled.
